Yes. Give consignors and consignees their own customer-portal login to view bilties, delivery status and invoices — and pay online if you connect a payment gateway. You can also share a single bilty through a password-protected link that expires automatically.
The app works in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi and Hinglish. Each user picks their own language, so your accountant and your loading staff can each use the one they are comfortable with.
Admins set permissions per user — create, edit or delete bilties, view only recent records, accounting, invoices, masters and more. Data locks freeze past entries, and every action is recorded in the activity log.
Yes. Connect a gateway such as Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU or Stripe and customers can pay invoices from the customer portal; payments are matched to the invoice automatically. Payouts to transporters are supported through RazorpayX.
